7 NEGATIVE EMOTIONS I NEED TO THROW

Wow..i've stop blogging for quite sometime.  I was pretty packed with my trips and all.  When i have ample time i'll blog about my trips.  I got this from Prof Dr Muhaya.  I think its great she listed down, sure we know all these but until its being postered right infront of us, we might not care that much.
So i wanna try to throw all these from my mind / body and soul and hopefully i'll turn out better in 6 months time.
